Youth

"I suppose the older generations have more reasons, or rather excuses, for giving up hope, but for the youth, there is no excuse. “Youth is a time of hope because it looks to the future with a whole range of expectations... the time when decisive choices concerning the rest of our lives come to fruition,” Pope Benedict XVI said in his message to the youth in 2009. For the youth of today, there is a whole range of opportunities waiting if we dare to dream and to hope. The challenge is to dream big, to take a chance, to work hard and then to see it unfold before our eyes in a couple of days, months or years. We cannot give up the fight while we are young since there is so much to be experienced in life if we just work hard to attain our goals."
